 When I think of the old ways I always think of the hand craftmanship. There are so many cool old tools made for specific tasks and the craftmanship on those tools is almost an art in itself. Also fortunatly I smashed my finger a while back and this just gave me an excuse to share it with everyone...lol

really nice tool but I am not sure the reflection adds much. Although I am sure it was not planned that way, the wounded nail gives a nice "reality touch".

putting in on glass added to the photo as it creates a reflection. but other then that there is nothing really interseting about the shot.

Don't like the reflection here, it seems a "walrus".... and it is not, right? This comment shows I don't have any idea about hand tools! :)

excellent in that it is simple and to the point. The lines are crisp, the added details draw you to look harder, the hand looks sore. 10

The rough hand gives this image authenticity...then the mirror takes it away. I think I like that there's no wood in this shot though.
