Thank you for your comment. As so often is the case, the shots I like the most don't go down well at dpc. It will not stop me from submitting them. Getting a ribbon or being close is of course a thrill, that goes without saying. |

I'm not sure what you were going for here with the post-processing, but I must confess that I don't like the end result. The composition is strong, but the weird outline/glow effect just doesn't work for me. Ssorry. |

It looks like you have good detail in the flying gull but I find your processing to be very strange. It's like the birds are cut and pasted ont the background. |

Appears to be highly over processed. I'm not a big fan. |

I personally feel that this is over processed...it's a personal thing! |

I like the composition, but the editing doesn't work for me. I hope you like it, though! |

Well you really did something weird here. Kinda spooky looking. And the bird looks like he was cut and pasted. Not my cup of tea at all. |

I suspect this is also quite good in its more natural version - the electric treatment of the tree limb is kinda nifty but perhaps a bit much for this particular site. I do like the way it outlines the closer gull. |

Not sure what effect you were going for with this, but it doesn't do it for me. Sorry! |

I don't care for the editing done to this image. |

Looks cool, I like it. Probably won't be a hit here though |

over edited not sure but appears to have birds imposed over a different background or maybe some sort of filter like neon aplied |

Not really sure what to say on this one. the gulls in motion is a great capture, it looks all rather fake though with all the processing that has been done. You may well have been going for that look, you have done a good job. |

Strange processing, but very effective. |
