It is glass. Inside a round transparent 'skin' is a green egg-shape. On the border of the green and transparent there are bubbles. At certain apertures and focusing distances all the bubbles on one side are reflected in each bubble. Probably the roundish transparent outer skin and backlight have something to do with it. I found out a few weeks ago during Macro and tiff vs jpeg tests and was able to repeate the shot for this challenge. It took about 20 shots to find one with the effect and a good clean focus. Each bubble is app. 2mm in size and I believe that the whole image shows 1.5 to 2cm wide.
The stripes inside the glass are just invariancies I guess, hardly visible with the naked eye, but I understand that you could think it is jello. I dont think you can get this effect in jello tough.

The shot was captured in the SuperMacro mode of the Fuji.

I like the idea of using shampoo (or whatever this is) and the reflections on the bubbles. I also like the lighting and color.

What are those? Looks like lead weights, some look like they are smiling at you. Cool!

I like this picture, but I don't know how much it has to do with reflection. Looks like a still shot of clear soda in a green bottle sorta. Neat picture though.

I really like the idea and the shot itself isn't bad; I just think a splash of colour to offset the power of the green would have added balance to the shot… (7)

Interesting, but it's hard to see what is being reflected.
