Nice contrast of "blue and old" ! I like the reflection of the older building in the new one in this shot. Looking down the comments, I see that this has been said already. I noticed the overall sharp focus, and see that you were shooting at f22. That was a good choice to get all the elements in focus.

While this is not the most intersting subject in the world, you did a great job with the approach and idea on this. Good, clear reflection, nice color and good exposure. Feels very technically sound.
