This is a huge reflective sphere in Bristol. I thought it would be good, instead of just photoing the sphere, to photo the sphere reflected in water, to make a double reflection.

Interesting photo with all the reflections everywhere you look. Feels like it wouldn't take much to get it to roll right at you.

Double reflections. WOOT.

Great subject - a little too dark overall for me. I wonder if a tighter crop might also add to the abstract feel? If that's what you were aiming for, of course. :)

Good idea, but very dark.

a little bit too dark for my tastes - could do with a stop more exposure or so to bring out the water/ refectlions more ? But would totally blow out the sky - a hard one to get balanced

Interesting composition. Wind and light could have been more favorable.

I like the reflection within a reflection idea. I think it would have been stronger though if you had filled the frame with more of the orb, or if the colors were a little more bold. karmat

I really liked all the reflection that is going on with this picture. It provides for nice DOF Good job!

Great idea, but I think it's just slightly too dark… This shot is a sunny day away from perfection (7)

Nice use of the challenge theme and an interesting image too look at as well. It does seem a tad dark though.

Still can't get over the fact that it's Bristol. ;-)

this is a really neat concept, and technically you have done well, I think. I think it may have been more interesting, for me, though, if you had not tried to include quite so much in the picture. Maybe getting closer to the sphere, etc.? karmat

I would have preferred this with less of the water. The reflections in the ball are far more interesting.

I would like this better if the "real" sphere were not in the photo.

Amazing looking building. Wow. That is a neat place. Score 7 Justine

Really tough lighting. I wonder if a different time of day might help. Most of the pic seems a little underexposed, but you have that bright area that would be even more blown out if you exposed more so I dunno what to tell ya. I like the composition and angle. The subject is also nice. Nice lines. ~indigo997

The reflections are very dark. I guess this couldn't be helped though if it was a dark day. Maybe some software post processing could have brightened it up a little.
