Very nice artistic feel to this shot. The water reminds me of a bit of a Monet painting, and I love the glowing feel throughout. I also like the way you captured the shadows under the bridge to complete the circles.
Theres this song im currently listening to, called 'the night and the silent water' and the cover of the album its on is very similar to this. fine editing
This looks heavily edited to me and a little fake, thats not to say it's not a great image but in my opinon in looks like the bridge has been superimposed onto the background
