Focus is too soft and the feathers on the body seem to have some bleaching as if the image was too dark and you jacked up the levels to bring it in line. Nothing special here. Sorry. Good Luck. 3.

first, it seems that the owl is in captivity... personaly, i have a big problem with taking photos of captive animals...there are a lot of animals out there in nature which taking their photos in their natural enviroment is nicer and a lot more chalenging.
technicaly, it seems that the light came from the left (of the Great-Horned Owl) yet you chose to take the photo from the dark side, as a result, the left eye that is showing, is dark and without a "catchlight' in it.
i am not rating this photo, i dont rate photos of cative animals as a principle but i gave you my tecnical "2 cents". good luck.
