 Manchester runs three free bus services in the City Centre connecting the Train stations. For us this is great since the bus stops across the street and take us quickly to the shopping mall I will show next, it would be just a 20 min walk but hey!! it was raining.

You can see the PALACE HOTEL at the back(they did pay the electricians) which is a Manchester landmark! I just learned today that in old times it was owned by an insurance company called REFUGE.

I like the inclusion of the blurred pedestrian here. It serves to make the area feel occupied, without grabbing one's attention too strongly.

are you ever out in the daytime ivan ?? .. quite possibly you're a vampire or something ..
obviously a joke, coz you have some brilliant daytime photographs in your portfolio ...
your night shots are just so good tho & this is no exception .:)

I see most people pay the electricians. Very nice evening shot. The bus stop pole and the tower create tension and draw the viewer in.
