It's an intesting picture, but why "Jumping for joy!"? And how is the body clear, but when you look at the legs and the feet, they're really blurry?

This photo isnt very good it is not a child who is jumping. The photo shoot is childhoos with out children. First she is clearly not a child. Second this photo has someone in it so it does not meet the requirments

I don't really see any bit of childhood just a person jumping... The legs and hands are blurry which makes the whole thing look messy.

i think you're trying to convey a sense of childhood emotion or abandon here, but it just doesn't work for me. primarily this is because the background is in sharp focus and the figure is blurred from the motion - the attention falls away from her to the background, which is too cluttered and visually uninteresting.
