I agree - the expectation is about what _will_ happen, not currently happening...

I'm not sure what the finger is doing in this picture...I would think someone is about to bend for a sip, the finger seems extrenuous.

A good idea, but a huge portion of your shot is used up trying to indicate to me what the intended subject is. That seems to ruin it for me.
