 As soon as I saw this topic I knew exactly the building I wanted to shoot for it. The Burrow Farm Engine House formed part of the Brendon Hills Iron Ore Company mines and is one of the few remaining buildings linked to the West Somerset Steam Railway.

Unfortunately, the only day I could get out to do any photography was Sunday and the weather was rotten. I took about 10 shots of the building in total standing in a field being buffeted by gale force winds. By the time I was done, my hands were nearly blue! I mainly shot in b & w and sepia and was a bit disappointed with the light and contrast in my shots. This was the second time I'd been up to Burrow Farm to capture the Engine House and I will certainly be making more trips up there when the weather is better!

I would like to go to that place. The only critique I would add is that the foreground building is too dark compared to the background white. But you set the right monochrome to it for the right mood.

not sure I like the red tint. I think maybe I would have liked to also see more of the tree that was cropped off the edge. Good luck
