Exposure layer with gradient mask to lighten the foreground a little. Some burning on the bottom edges. Clone out parking lines/defects. Lots of work to make the building vertical (Noticeable problems in the full sized edit version).

I like the idea. I wonder how this would look if you were a bit closer or taken from the ground up perhaps. My favorite part is actually the sky on the left hand side. Hmmm, probably because I'm not into cars. :-) (but I don't count that against you with my scoring).
