"The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources." Albert Einstein

Not original but it provided me good practice and it fits the challenge so... here! Milk dyed blue dropped into green water.

Post-Processing
-Cropped to center the drop
-Cloned out a tiny out of focus drop on the left.
-Bumped up the highlights in levels slightly
-Noise reduction on water in bowl
-Resize, USM, Border, Save for Web.

Post challenge: Thanks for all the nice comments. IreneM's photos really got me into these drop shot photos and I really like doing them. How do I get them sharp? Too be honest this is the only one of over 400 shots that I took with these colors that is actually worth displaying. Patience! lol

Now I understand why it was not "razor sharp" as i said in my previous comment. Thanks for adding those notes to let me know .

Neat looking, though not quite as razor sharp as some drop shots I've seen. I suspect this one may have lost a lot in being scaled down to 640 pixels. A lot better than I can do however!

This is perfection! I wonder if this is Irene's? If not, be quite complimented to have a photo in her calibre of executing photos like this. It is truly something to behold!

Great shot , fantastic timing , the black background however does not do this image too much justice (to fit the theme I understand) - 8
