Nature plays a cruel trick on the prettiest of people, but I find old faces to be beautiful. You can see glimpses of youth in their faces and flickerings of the afterlife in their eyes.
You certainly gathered up her beauty in this lovely portrait. |

| i'm not too sure what it is but i think the processing is a bit over done. Seems like you just crossed the line. I really like this shot though. |

| Gorgeous!! Her expression is great - so much better than a typical smile. I just love the tones in this shot, perfect to show the details of this lovely woman. I particularly love her 50s (?) style glasses which just add to the 'retro' feel of this image, and the lightness of her shirt which provides a lovely contrast with her face. Just brilliant. |

| I'd have darkened the background quite a bit to focus the attention much more on the very well captured face. |
