I LOVE this photo, and then there are those confounded power lines :-( 8 nards656

wow. excellent. the coloring works perfectly, the lines all work nicely. one problem is the item in the top left corner. only thing preventing a 10.

powerlines almost always detract from a shot like this. The direct sun has blown out a lot of your exposure too.

it does not have a lot to do with the topic but it is indeed a beautiful piece.... i love it!!!

Isn't that an intersection in the interstate? (i.e. a corner?) I really like this photo, for the most part, but lens flares from the sun are not good, hard to avoid, but not good. Next, even though I know power lines are everywhere, they are avoidable. The sun is very powerful in this shot. Visual definition is very good. Still, the best I can go on this one is a 7. Swash

whoah, that's cool, i don't mind the sunlight/lens distortion thingies, don't listen to them, they're just trying to bring you down 'cause they're jealous.

Could use cropping. Lens flare a bother. JEM

what's in the upper left hand corner? it's very distracting.

Great perspective!

not sure why the lines above is necessary to be in the photo, it's distracting. The sepia look is interesting though. 6 paganini

If only that thing in the upper left corner were gone it'd be close to perfect! Should have cropped it down from the top.

Nice photo. The reflecting glare is a little distracting though.
09/23/2002 04:00:00 PM
Good shot. I like most of the glare captures except for the center one - it's a little distracting. Still a very good shot, though.
09/23/2002 03:57:00 PM
love the lensflare
09/23/2002 01:26:00 PM
Love the lighting and monochrome look. I just wish the power lines and curb weren't there.
09/23/2002 12:13:00 PM
The reflections are distracting
09/23/2002 11:07:00 AM
This is a nice shot if you can get rid of the noise from the sun.
09/23/2002 10:50:00 AM
Upper left could of been cropped out, (wires) doesn't add to the over all view out the windshield. I guess the reflections are okay but they do distract. The tones are very nice. Score 6 Justine

Except for the glare spots, this is pretty cool. I like the colorizing of it, personally. I may have been tempted to walk forward about five steps to eliminate the power lines and the bottom left pavement.
