well, don, i was torn about it myself... generally i don't like selective desat, but in this case i hoped it would work, esp. with the title. I wanted the viewer to see three different "blues" in sequence - first, of course, the color. Then the physical state (an older man walking gingerly). And finally, the music.
it boggles my mind that you would use selective desat to put so much emphasis on an ad photographed and designed by someone else. you've got a strong composition that should stay b/w.
