 Fizzgig, my Jack Russell Terrier. She's nearly six years old by now, not sure exactly. I was trying to get a close up of any of the scars (puncture wounds) on her face, but she wouldn't sit still. As usual. This is the only good shot of those few minutes before I gave up and just threw the damn Ball already.

First attempt at using a texture in a shot. I think it works. Stole it from roz from the comments in this photo.

I really, REALLY like this shot. The texture (used perfectly IMO), the begging look of the dog, the perspective, the border and the nice, fine print... it all ties together perfectly. A great job!

this thumb just jumped right out at me .. !!
obviously because of that gorgeous face .. shades of katee !!! .. altho of course katee is heaps cuter .. lol .. and also coz it looked like an excellent process .. !!! ..
and steal away .. take any of the 'overlay' 'textures' you want ..
and i totally agree .. when in doubt go with a photograph of the dog .. !!!
OMG .. i keep looking at this photograph ..
one of the things i say to katee is .
'just so gorgeous .. that little button nose and those little bulging eyes' .. your dog has the bulging eyes as well .. cute nose too .. the other thing about katee is totally love is her little snout .. i hold her snout in my hand so that only the nose/snout area is showing .. ITS SO CUTE .. our katee has a wonderful temperament and puts up with a whole heap of praise and gentle handling .. :)

GOTTA LOVE THAT FACE !! .. fizzgig's that is .. :) .. and the expression is a killer .. really !!! ..
