I have been wanting to try a shot like this for a while now. I like the cool star from the small aperature, nicely done. I think the only thing that I would change here is to give it a wider ratio and crop off the top a bit, it would help because your general direction of the cars is a left to right, the top distracts by adding an up-down movement to the shot.

You picked a good time of day to shoot this. The color in the sky complements the street lighting and gives this some balance.

Good exposure. I did a little hand cropping on screen and I think if this were cropped to just the road, eliminating the sky and water, it would have more impact. Nice shot.

It is a nice exposure, but the composition is very flat and uninteresting. Nothing that really draws the eye and too much clutter and wasted space.
