My dad and his wife came over today to celebrate the holiday early; they live 3 hours away so we don't usually get to see them on the actual holiday. One of the gifts Ken and I received was a box of truffles. I decided that they might make an interesting picture. (That was if I could keep Ken out of them...hehehe!) I first attempted to take a picture of them on some gold colored wrapping paper and that was looking pretty yucky. I then had the idea to take them in front of our Christmas tree hoping that maybe I could get some nice bokeh in the background.

Even though this picture is funky I like the way it turned out. The colors are just so cool, IMO anyway.
