That's a nice postcard you have there.
I hope you don't mind but I tried to get that darker red you mentioned.
I created a hue/sat layer, boosted red saturation by 24 and reduced lightness by 32.

i hadnt read your comment in the thread when i posted that last comment . lol about your hubby playing xmas songs all day .. i'd be inclined to go for a walk after the first hour ... i'm not very into the xmas carols !! .. but i admire ppl who are, and who enjoy the celebration and get into the spirit of it . .. :) |

This is a very Chirstmas card looking shot. Thank you.
If the Rebel has a W/B setting for cloudy days, using that will make flower colors come out about right straight from the camera when shooting in daylight. I don't see how the reds could be much redder than they appear here. |
