 It was sprinkling rain, but the show goes on. The rain makes the sky look very grainy.
It was a good show, with about 15 boats decorated. The rain quit after about 10 minutes, but we are in a major drought here, so rain is good any time.
The boat in the foreground is Robert Thompson's 60 ft Colvin ketch, the S V Wahine.

What a fun thing it would be to do that every year. I like the rays of light in the background created by the city parks I am guessing.

Nice catch Waddy. The rain makes for some nice highlights over the trees. A center cockpit ketch(?) but we need details... I love boats.

Is that an inflatable snowman on the front of the boat? Some people go all out. Nice capture of a seasonal event.

That's really cool to decorate the boats like that. They do that here, but it's usually July or August!
