 I did the normal post processing items: cropped, levels, noise reduction and sharpening, border, resizing, and save for the web. The face color was done with a color balance adjustment layer with a mask. The background color and effect was achieved by using a gradient map adjustment layer with a mask. The original background was a peach colored wall. The light for this shot was from a window.

How anyone can give a self-portrait a one or a two is beyond me. Must be anti-grinches. This is so much fun! Love the pose. I'm assuming you are making Christmas cards out of this? :D

I think the lack of other colours and the strong green don't turn this good idea, wonderful face, cute smile and effort into a pleasing photo, which is supposed to be.

To be honest, Not really digging the bad photoshop...would had been cool if you had painted yourself and left the background looking normal. It gets across the idea in the photo, just i would never buy it or look at this again.
