Anyone got a toothpick?

I bought two tripod halogen lights yesterday, each tripod has two 500W halogen lights. Backdrop is a bed cover taped to the wall on one side and stuck in the doorway in the other in my small room. I had the two tripods in front of me diagonal at about 30 degree angle at each side. One pointing upwards, one at eye level. I ended up with 4 catchlights in each eye so I cloned out 3 from each eye. It didn't look as low key as I wanted so in PSP, I adjusted the light in levels and curves adjustments layers. I also attempted to dodge some areas by using another curves layer. At the end I added one very dark curves adjustments layer (by dragging the middle point down in the curves), I Inverted mask of the layer and I used a very soft brush at 30 opacity to darken the right side of the face (my left cheek) little bit more without touching the chicken (that sounds funny when I read it back). I also used the same layer to darken around the face and the chicken. Resized. I added a duplicate layer, applied a high pass sharpen and flattened at 70 opacity. I'm curious to know if anyone thinks I managed to get a successful low key look.

LOL! Great sense of humor or as I often get..."sense-less humor." Great concept! "10" :)

lol I cannot wait to find out what this is you have in your mouth. You did a good job using your eyes to say - "it's kind of uncomfortable" lol

Funny caption, a bit disgusting photo. Although clean picture technically and I can see your face here... it's not much of an "art" ;)

Amusing concept and caption, generally well executed from a technical standpoint, but not a particularly appealing/attractive image.
