WOW!!! Awesome SP shot!!! this SO ROCKS!! You are actually very pretty, duh!! lol. Fantastic shot!! LOVE IT!! OMG your eyes are very captivating!! or amazingly pretty! You did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!Should have scored in ribbon territory!! Mine was about what it should have been, lol. Thanks for the comment on the Hidden City shot! It was just a snapshot really, just playing with the new lens!! lol.

| Wow, we have such stunners to behold on Team Suck. Like the slight desat, just a nudge. Focus is spot on and the tones are terrific. Congrats on the score to boot! |

Wow - Charlene!! I am SO happy for you that this scored well. When I saw it in the challenge I was blown away by the masterful composition and editing. And your model is nothing to sneeze at, either. :o)

| Gave this an 8 - freakin' awesome! Well, that, and you're gorgeous, which really really helps. The lighting, the pose, the clarity, the DOF, and especially the processing to leave just that bit of color in your eyes are all excellent! This should have beat the pants off of mine, by the way. I had it pegged it for top 10. |

Absolutely beautiful photo. Congrats on a top 20 finish is such a competitive challenge. This was clearly one of my absolute favorite images in the whole challenge and I see that DPC agreed with me!

Love the composition, the outstanding B&W conversion and the gentle desat. An absolutely stunning shot that would not look out of place on the pages of an up market fashion magazine. Its going to be on your front page for a long time I think and deservedly so |

This is so under rated. Selective desat of the blue eyes works so well with the soft processing.
I think you were robbed. This had to be in the front page.

This is a peculiar crop. I am not sure I care for the cutting off of the left eye, and I definitely don't like how the iris is tangent to the image edge. I am bothered by the truncation of the chin, the way the curve of the jaw takes us nowhere. Then the ear is also whacked. Overall, it's like an "edgy" crop, but then the image itself is so smooth and soft, so those aren't working in concert for me.
Still, for all of that, it's an appealing image, and the focal eye is quite compelling. |

| I like the idea behind your SP, but a few things that stand out are the composition and shallow DOF. Both nice, although I would like to see the other eye, because its what really grabs me in your SP. Nice lighting as well. |

i wish i had nice blue eyes. i was nagotiating with myself to see if i should change my eye color on photoshop, haha but chose not to.
