I wanted to do this with a black sky, but I don't know the specific technique. I hope the infrared does not turn people off--it was very difficult to create--a lack of green in the winter made for an...interesting experement with whitepoints :)

First thing that comes to mind is the blue cast. There simply isn't enough contrast to provide enough impact. A mono conversion might have been worth considering.
