Okay well here is my submission. Let me just say that I did not want to enter this but I look at it 2 ways.

1. I needed it to complete my goal of entering 50 images this year. which BTW, DONE!!
and
2. I'm practicing and learning tricks.

I don't really think that this will do all that well just because it has been done before. I actually wanted to do something like what DrAchoo did when he was doing his famous Triptych II image seen here.


I have figured out how to capture these little guys and I seriously could have pulled this off if it wasn't for the wonderful rain that we so desperately needed. Anywho I went with this at a last minute decision after pondering all day about what the hell I was going to do for this challenge.

I'll make a prediction that I will score a 5.600 +/- .200

Cropping in on the drop might not be a bad idea. It is quite small and a little lost against the vast black background. To be able to see the reflection of the leaf in the drop would have been great

I see a green aura around the subject and that adds an ethereal feel to the image. I really like it. There is a peacefulness to this image that I really like.
