 this is two photographs of a common brown butterfly that stopped long enough for me to take a photograph or five!! .. they move so quick and usually dont stay long in one place .. well, when i'm trying to photograph them anyway ..
this is the background photograph i used ..

and this is another photograph taken at the same time, scaled, that i used three times in multiply blending mode as an overlay ..

i used this film strip that other ppl have been using .. i'm sorry but i dont know who to thank ..


this another photograph of the same butterfly only with a bit of a morbid twist ..

Just stumbled across this, it is wonderful! That's my overlay BTW, created from a brick wall actually :-) You did it proud!!

Filmstrip cgino cool is'nt it ;) I like the juxtaposition between the light airy butterfly and the moody tones of this one

I like all of the orange and black "spots" everywhere. It's interesting to see everyone's take on doing a layer. NEAT STUFF
