Nice DOF and lovely rich colours. Could have cropped onto the main falling leaf a bit more and although the leaves on the left are nice, they are not nessessarily in motion to the same extent and are taking the eye off the stopped motion which afterall is the whole point. You almost have two subjects, the leaf on the right and the rest of the stuff on the left which makes for a divided image and doesn't permit great composition.
