 Walked up and down a canal... took a breath, and saw these through some foliage. Curves, Hue/Saturation & Channel Mixer Adjustments... then I over-did it with the unsharpen mask.

the focal point is in the wrong place should be further back

There is foreground bokeh here, but personally I don't find it particularly appealing and find it detracts from the photo rather than enhancing it.
