 Lots of processing, will work on posting details... but in a nutshell, the Orton effect (overexposed sharp layer and blur layer in multiply), duotone version layer then reduce opacity and bring back some color, vignette, 'film strip' overlay I created from some pictures I took of a brick building:

The stark contrasts here, and the dramatic tones are very nice here. Great image!

who could possibly mind you joining in !! .. your work is BRILLIANT .. and OMG how unusual A CAT !!!!!! .. totally different processing to out slice of life and just as wonderful .. love the border .. love the texture .. another piece of art from the 'cat' lady !!!!!!! :):)
