B&W always seems to enhance the lighting. Cropping out the right hand side a bit more would have simplified the composition

Meets the challenge, its a nice shot but doesn't realy wow me. Nice touch using the overexposure to capture the motion =)

I'd have put a dark shirt on then there would have been lees burn out on the forearm.
