this was in a neighbours field yesterday .. the dog you can see is crushy who is a border collie .. he's my nephews dog .. he hasnt been trained all that well, but he is a natural herder .. he's lying down waiting to herd the horse .. silly buggar .. he got he horse moving which was good coz i got a couple of photographs of her in action ..

its a beautiful horse and very friendly . .. i was lying down in the grass inches away from her nose taking photographs .. i'll be doing some more processing with overlays with some of the photographs i took yesterday, coz i'm totally obsessed with this side challenge .. along with a whole heap of other ppl i see .. !!!!!!!!!

photograph of the horse and crusher with an overlay of one of my fences, which i took a while ago, blending mode multiply .. with some adjustment layers thrown in ..

Well done with the fence -- it looks as if it belongs there. I really like the dog framed by the horse's neck.

You love stretching the boundries of what a viewer would expect it is always refreshing ;)

Great colors! I'm not as big a fan of this as most of your images, but it's still a great shot. I wish the dog were more noticable somehow (I missed him till I read your notes), and the horse's eye is bothering me. Stunning light and colors on the plus side.

You get such a surreal feel out of yours (Miss Ribbon Winner). That is really nice. I like all of the black.

That little border collie peeking through really makes the shot. Love it!

Cool shot .... you captured the focus and obsessive herding nature of the border collie brilliantly! Wonderful POV and colours!! You really do feel like you're looking through the fence.
