| I'd crop tighter to remove the unnecessary lights in the right hand side background. It's a shame we can't see his eyes. |

| Nice image, but if there was eye contact with the camera, the image would be much more powerful. Also, bumping up the contrast would help. |

| good b/w conversion. good job in the exposure, keeping the dark parts still visible. |

| Rules call for "a single, artificial light source." Looks to be outside in daytime. The sun is a natural light source. DNMC. Nice otherwise. |
