 Looking the other direction from the Housing 1 shot; the two-story building at the end is the latrine/shower building. Latrines on the first floor, showers on the second. Neither are particularly appealing (particularly the latrines, which are metal stalls with shower curtains instead of doors) but both are functional. It's about a 100 yard walk from my hut to the latrine/shower place.

Oh Man - that SUCKS! Mine is about a 5 step walk and sometimes I can't be bothered - GRIN!

well, all i can say is that you wouldnt want to be in a hurry !!!!!!
100 yards is an awful long way ... the possibilties of an accident come to mind !! .. especially if you were new there and your body disagreed with the water or food .. :)
