we were supposed to go camping this weekend, but work and death (long story) cancelled our plans. MOST GORGEOUS WEEKEND EVER. *sigh*

we drowned our sorrows in roasted marshmallows instead.

A couple times a year we have our own "suburban campout" which just means smores and beer and a big fire; this reminds me of those times. Nice capture, sorry to hear about your loss.

Sorry to hear about your losses. A nice and memorable image came out of it all, though. Toasted marshmallows...yum. They are so good! Love the high-key and low-key look combined into one image.

Roasted marshmallows over an open fire is as good a cure as any I can think of to beat the blues. Hope you had graham crackers and chocolate too.

I like the effect the bw has. Also, I like how the hand and shirt is just barely showing. Sorry about the missed camping trip.

Oh Darn! Death! I hate it right now. I'm sorry about whoever died. But drowing in marshmallows. . .I know that would heal MY heart!

Note to self: Stop on the way home for some marshmallows!
