I bought a can opener for my wife a few weeks ago and I really like it. It's black and very elegant. I always wanted to take a photo of it and I finally got the change.

I took out some flares with cloning, unmasked, and neatimage.

I want to like this because I think the technical side of things are well done. But when I look at it, I get confused. I hate to say that. The amount of detail says I should be able to identify the object, but I can't. It might be improved if the table wasn't reflected in the chrome parts, that seems to be what's confusing me.

I like the smooth gradients and subtle detail, but if you cropped off the top 5% to push the shiny metal all the way to the edge I think the lines would be a lot nicer! :)

Interesting subject. Might be helped with a little less black reflection on the silver parts.
