 this is another one of picton at night while i was waiting in the car for takeaway thai food .. which incidentally was extremely yummy ..

i got the effect with the lights by zooming from 18mm to 200mm at 5 second exposure ..
processed this using lucisart .. of course !!! .. and adjustment layer in levels with an overlay of some rocks that i took recently ..
