I took suemack's kitty idea (I had already done a diptych of the same cat in two shots) and used goodman's overlay like sue did, but with a twist. I ran the acid action over the texture image, then played with dodge and the eraser tool, to get the desired effect. I think it's cool~~~

This is our neighbor's cat who poops in our flower beds. ;~( Her name is Silly.

Neat picture. If I hadn't read your comments I would have thought this was a mother cat with her baby. I like the texture; it gives the edges a soft feel.

It's too complex for me but am saving all these creative techniques. At first I thought you were skulking around some alley waiting for stray cats...just "silly" the pooper !

Interesting idea and done really well. Great how both kitties seem to be focused on the same thing, and are walking on the same surface.

I'm getting overlay envy during this challenge! I'm also starting to feel like I need a cat when I never in my life desired one before. I need to try this. Love the effect here, and the muted tones look so great!
