The simplicity of the picture really works well here. When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was a curtain blowing in the breeze. |

I looked up "singlet" before I read the comments below. This is just abstract enough to puzzle the viewer. |

Isn't this wonderful melting pot DPC world amazing? I feel quite cultural now that I know what a singlet is. I think I'll have to tell my hubby tonight, "Dear, can you please be sure your singlet is positioned so that it blows in the wind and I can get an awesome photo like Joynim did?" :)
Oh. . .and I find the photo very interesting! :)

Sometimes life's mundane objects make for the most interesting photographic images. Not at all boring...try more like this. :) |

Summer's taking it's time to arrive Roz! We're all still wearing our singlets early morn and as soon as the sun goes down (on the rare occasion the sun chooses to show itself) |

Interesting texture and folds of the fabric. Almost an abstract. I like it. |

LOL a singlet is like a light t-shirt without sleeves. People wear them underneath their clothes as an extra layer to add warmth. |

In an effort to return the favor :)
As a non-New Zealander, I have no idea what a singlet is. Of course it could well be something all people everywhere know, and I'm just a peasant. Either way, this is an interesting image. |
