Just a fun shot of my friends and I. I completely forgot about the group challenge til afterwards >.< dumb dumb dumb. Even though this is just a quick snapshot, I think it's fun...by no means a winner, but still fun :P. Hope it doesn't bomb.
Oh, had to add a pinkish hue to the top of my wig because it was really close to looking blown out. Other than that I did neatimage, dodged the eyes, smart sharpened, burned, blurred, and curves.
Hehe, this reminds me of what happened. I was walking down the street with my friends and all of a sudden a guy walking by my plucked my wig right off of my head! Well I wanted it back, but he kept walking, so of course I ran after him and then HE started running. Wtf?! So I go sprinting after him thru the city and my friends didn't realize I was gone until a block later and so then THEY start running. Meanwhile, I almost caught up to him, but he must have been on speed or something cuz he doubled his pace and I just ran out of gas, stopped and panted like crazy. Then I see my guy friend Eric tearing up the block and past me after the guy. *pant* "yay" *pant*. My friend came back a minute later with hot pink wig in hand. I was grateful and thought it was funny, but all of my friends thought the guy had stolen my purse. I said "you didn't see the bright pink wig in his hands and not on my head? Not to mention my bag has been on my wrist the whole time." Still, I felt bad that Eric had to run after the guy (and apparently fell on his face in pursuit) only to get a cheap Halloween wig. Oh well, at least he slapped the dude when he caught him :D |

I think this would look better with a bit shallower dof.
the blown outs on the pink hair are distracting.. |

| OK, has the feel of a candid, but to me is still a portrait. Would of benefitted from sharper focus but lots of atmosphere and fun in here.. 6 |

| Nice clear image, with vivid colours. The pink hair is slightly blown out and I am not that sure that the focus is spot on in this image. Furthermore, I see a lot of distracting things in the back. (5) |
