 I was walking down Defensa Street in San Telmo, Buenos Aires AR to meet friends at a local cafe for lunch. She was making bubbles with one of the toys, which she sells, and thought I'd photograph her. It was a bright sunny day. I really wanted to capture the bubbles! :)

I really like that this is an adult blowing bubbles instead of a kid. Nothing against kids, but it really adds to the interest of the shot.

You did a great job using the focus to isolate your subject in a crowd. Overall this is such a GOOD street photography shot. I like it.

Really neat - I'm glad you didn't catch the actual toys she's selling - she looks so unique just standing there blowing bubbles while everyone else walks away.

I like the quirkiness of this. Good job with the DOF to set the bubble blower apart, yet still provide a sense of the environment.

Nice candid. Nice and Sharp. I Like, as mentioned below, the people in the background are great, all appearing to have their backs turned on the vendor...to busy to pay any attention. Great job.

What a great street photo! You nailed it. The bubbles. The toy, which looks so strange. I just love the composition of this with the beautiful colors, and the blurred background. I love this photo.

Good candid shot, although your writeup ruined my illusion. I thought it was a shot of "a woman who liked to blow bubbles and didn't care what others think". Now I know it's "a woman who liked to blow bubbles and didn't care what others think" that happens to sell bubble toys.

Lovely candid shot, great dof! Normally when you see someone blowing bubbles, it's a kid. This time it's not and that for me is what makes this a cool shot!

What a great candid shot. The bright colors of the toys really add to the picture, it gives it a fun feel. I like how you captured the bubbles, they draw the eye upwards.

Love the bubbles. Would this stink in BW? Just a thought. With so much going on and all of the various colors, it might be a fun alternative.
