this is a photograph i took of myself in the sun visor mirror today .. i was waiting in the car for greg while he was in a hardly normal getting a printer/fax/copier ... 'hardly normal' is actually a shop called harvey norman, but we are totally lame ..
i have been doing the sept b&w side challenge and wanted to put one last thing in there, so i had processed this image in b&w ..
i then remembered our slice of life side challenge and because its now 12.30am on tuesday and i dont want to process anything else now, i did a quick colour conversion ...
i used the photograph of myself in the sun visor mirror and brought in three other photographs i had taken over the last couple of months .. i did different blending modes and opacities on them ...
i feel like apologising for my stupid expression .. i'm not a good photographic subject ..

I find your works of digital art so interesting and inspiring! This one is no exception, it really makes me want to try this technique. It reminds me of the vision of the lady underwater from the movie "Minority Report", very eerie!

Remarkable photo. Hope I don't offend you, but my first thought was that you were smoking a big cigar. (It's still looks a bit that way).

Definitely has an 'underwater' feel to it like we are looking up from beneath the surface of a pond or lake into your face. Very creative.

Nice work Roz, made me stop and linger! I like the transition from the drops to the sunny feel on your face ...... you're right Judy, does look like a book cover of a who-dun-it.

Neat processing! It looks as if the picture was taken underwater while looking up at someone above the surface.

Sweet, Roz! Love the swirly things and the drops. I agree with Judy, it has a book cover feel to it - definitely a mystery novel.

And funny about the "hardly normal" - I do stuff like that, too. I'm so excited about this challenge!!! I'm still in my pj's but I'm going to go see if I can photograph ballsy kitty outside on the deck!
