 A favorite flower pf mine is definately the Gerbera, and I was very pleased with this up-close macro..

THE LIGHT TEXTURES ON THE PEDALS AGAINST THE DEEP BLACKS REALLY DO IT FOR ME WITH THIS ONE. GREAT SHOT!

absolutely gorgeous shez .. love the contrast ... love the detail ... wonderful in black and white .. looking at this image i feel that colour would just detract from those incredible shapes and velvety textures .. now i'll have a look at your colour ones to see !!! :)
