 This image was so chaotic when converted to black and white that I cropped a good deal out, and selectively desaturated what was left in three sections. It was still pretty busy, so I used Noise Ninja on it and tinted.

yes it is very chaotic, and i prefer your converted to b&w/blue one .. :) .. even so, its got a charm of its own with those beautiful colours .. i love how you've been able to get a very high contrast/light .. and not blown out the lighter areas .. :)
