I like it more with this exytra negative space and less fo the frame filled. Exquisite detail!!!! Very nice!

Beautiful dof! I like the cropped version better compositionally. To me, as you have such wonderful focus on the rest of the butterfly, I like the slight OOF on the lower wing ...... adds a feeling of life to the shot.

Interesting....I tried something like it but I do not think I had the same intent in mind. I'll give it a go. Thx!

Something like this? I think my only qualm about it is the original uncropped version masks the OOF on the bottom wing a bit better.

Beawutiful DOF. Would it look weird if you cropped out the big bloom and stem on the left? Might make it a bit "cleaner." Just a thought.
