two photographs taken within seconds of each other .. one flipped horizontally to create the mirror look ..
after alicia Redjulep's comment i'll add that this bird is a wading hen ... here's another photograph i took at another time that shows wot they look like more ..

Very cool. At first I thought I was looking at two lawn sculptures (along the lines of pink plastic flamingos!).

What I like about these two birds is that they look like sculptures in metal, like the ones you can get at the nursery, to put in ones gardsn. I love this effect, and I love the complete image, with border included.....

Those are the strangest looking birds. Wonder if they're from the chicken family. This is a great idea, Roz!! It's not like you're lacking from creativity. Wonderful processing and fun border, too.
