 This shot was taken at the entrance to the walled town of Obidos in Portugal. Only someone of great wealth (in comparrison to what we saw locally) could provide such an amazing sight inside an archway as you entered the town.

When I took this I was as far back as I was able to as the "mural" took over a huge wall and was set about 15 feet off the ground.

This is beautiful. A couple of nit-picky things. It is a little hot in the center, and the crop has removed the top of the door framing. I don't think it needed the whole barrel vaulted ceiling, and you were probably trying to avoid a light fixture or something. But, those two factors hurt your photo. You've done a great job with capturing the detail on the walls, ceiling, and railing.

Kind of a clumsy composition, it seems it would be better to have it symmetrical.

Nice location - well exposed but you could have enhanced it further by holding back on the windows slightly. It has a lot of potential for "drama".

shot is a little underexposed Probably your reading from the blue tiles would have caused a whiter balance..
