 I know the dentist can't put that in your mouth when you have a camera in the way but I can say that your DOF shallows considerably under the circumstances.

I work in the dental field so this has special meaning. To bad it is so blurry. Or is that my eyes failing, and I’ve got this tooth ach.

The light behind is overbearing and doesn't focus on the drill enough.

Ouch! Very original. I don't know what bothers me in this shot, maybe the lighting is too harsh, dulls out the colors. Nicely done none the less! Good luck.
