 I love baby ducklings, and I think this capture is so cute. The ducklings are only two days old.
Due to some comments, I really wanted a soft look for these cuties.
I set the camera at a low aperture, to get the DOF that is in this image. They just make me happy, and put a smile on my face.

They are soooo cute! I love the PP you did and the effect it had on their down (I don't think they're called feathers at this young age). Good luck on your eye specialist appointment and take care of yourself! Some parts of the image are not extremely sharp but it just adds to the "tenderness" of the scene. Having seen your work previously, I take for granted that you went for that DOF on purpose.

I'm a sucker for nature stories and you found a good one here, Sherpet. It would be frosting on the cake if both of them were super sharp, but you can't have everything, and you settled for super cute which works for me.
