 This photo was kind of an accident. I was testing out the widescreen view on my camera when this came out. I was happy with it though :]

nice original angle and composition. Shame about the messy mascara and eyeliner - especially seeing as the lower eyelid seems to be the focal point.

Just a suggestion here..if one has to take such a close up and a tight crop of the eye, i feel it would be better if the lashes were made up better and the liner did not smudge the lower eyelid

For an effective eye picture the corneal reflection and iris should be much sharper.

The mascara clumps don't help you on this one. The reflection on the eye is a bit strong (don't know what you can do about that - you're taking a picture of a rounded shiny surface). I like the different angle. This makes me feel like I'm watching someone and am almost an intruder in the moment. Nice focus, DOF, & lighting.

would have been prefered the focus on the eye, rather than the eyelashes.. but its still cool

I like the bits of smudged mascara. It gives the photo a little more character. Nice focus! I really like this photo! 9!
